Terms of service

These terms apply when you use virginiaseo.company or order a service from Virginia SEO Co. ("we").

Ordering

Sending the order form is a request, not a purchase. We confirm that the package fits your business and email a payment link. The order is placed when you pay that link. Prices are those published on the pricing page on the day you order. Websites, reputation work and custom scopes are sold on a written quote.

Monthly packages and canceling

Monthly packages renew each month until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no setup fee. Email support@virginiaseo.company before your next billing date and the next month does not start. Work already delivered and paid for is not refunded. One-time packages are a single round of the listed deliverables.

What we deliver, and what we don't promise

We deliver the work listed for your package and report it monthly, including every placed link with its live URL, target page and anchor text. Search rankings, traffic and leads depend on factors outside our control, including search engines and your competitors, so we don't guarantee any ranking, position or result by any date. Results described on this site are examples from specific campaigns, not predictions.

Your part

You give us accurate information and the access we need (for example manager access to your Google Business Profile), and you approve changes to your site where we ask. You are responsible for your own business's claims, licenses and any rules your profession sets for advertising.

Ownership

Your domain, website, Business Profile and the content we write for you and you pay for are yours. Links we place on third-party sites live on those sites; we report them but don't control them, and we replace a placed link that stops loading when you tell us about it.

Our other clients

We may work with other businesses in the same area or trade as you. We never share one client's data, reports or plans with another.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
