Who answers questions during a campaign?
The SEO team handles the agreed work and your questions through support@virginiaseo.company. You can request a call when a written explanation is not enough. Before payment, we confirm the scope and what information or access is needed. The monthly report gives you a record of delivered links and their destinations.
Can another business in my market buy a plan?
Yes. We may accept other businesses in the same market, with separate research and campaign priorities for each account. Your reports, customer details and strategy are not shared with another client. A published plan purchases the listed work; it does not reserve an exclusive territory or prevent competitors from using our services.
Does paying for a plan remove link risk?
No. A package price does not guarantee a risk-free ranking outcome. We disclose the work through reports containing actual placement URLs, anchor text and destinations. Guest articles are outreach placements, while supporting links point to those placements. Review the deliverables with us before paying if you have particular restrictions or concerns about your existing link profile.
Is placement in AI answers included?
There is no guaranteed AI-answer placement in these packages. The price covers the work and quantities shown, with local business information included in every tier. We can discuss whether your pages explain your services clearly enough, but neither a fee nor a target keyword count promises that an assistant will mention or recommend your business.
When should I expect rankings to change?
Allow months for an SEO campaign, with the starting site and competition affecting the pace. The delivery window in each plan describes completion of that round of work. It is not a deadline for a ranking change. We review the evidence over time, and no package guarantees a position or a number of inquiries.
Can a plan this size compete?
A focused scope can be useful when it matches your starting position and market. Groundwork covers five keywords; Corridor covers twenty. We assess your site and competitors before recommending a plan. Competitive markets usually require sustained work over months, and no plan guarantees a ranking.
How much does SEO cost for a small business?
With us, $65 to $575 a month, or $75 to $620 for a one-time package. Across the industry prices vary widely, so compare what you get: how many keywords are targeted, how many links are placed and whether you see every one of them. Groundwork and One County cover smaller target lists; the right scope also depends on the competition and your starting point.
Can I switch packages later?
Yes. Packages run month to month, so you can move up or down at the start of a new month. You can start with fewer targets and review the scope before adding keywords or another website. If you need more than Full Map covers, we quote it.
What is the difference between monthly and one time?
Monthly repeats the package's work every month and can be canceled any time. One time is a single round of the same deliverables for a slightly higher price, with no further work unless you buy again. Monthly billing supports continuing work; a single month ends after that round of deliverables.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no contract term. You order, we confirm the package fits, you pay the link we email, and the work starts. Cancel by email before the next billing date.
What does "DA 20+" and "DA 50+" mean?
Domain Authority is a third-party score that estimates how strong a website's links are. It isn't a Google measure. We use it as a floor: guest posts go on sites scoring 20 or more, Web 2.0 pages on platforms scoring 50 or more. You can check every link yourself in the report.
Do you offer reputation management prices?
Reputation work is quoted per business, because it ranges from a few replies and listing fixes to months of monitoring. We don't publish tiers we would have to make up.
